Kentucky was a national hemp pioneer. HB 197 (2013) established pilot program. HB 544 (2017) and federal Farm Bill alignment. Delta-9 only standard. THCA legal.
Important Note
Kentucky is historically the #1 hemp-producing state. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell championed the 2018 Farm Bill hemp provisions.

Possession Limit

Governor Beshear signed medical cannabis after years of executive pardons. Program delayed but launching.
