Initiated Measure 26 (2020) legalized medical cannabis. Constitutional Amendment A (adult-use) was voided by courts. IM 27 (adult-use) failed in 2022.
Possession Limit
Medical: 3 oz per 90 days
Amendment A was approved by voters but struck down by Supreme Court. Medical only.
